The Serb is the overwhelming favourite, but the passionate Spaniard will not give anything away for free. If only because he doesn’t know if this is the last match of his career.

Rafael Nadal has another tough battle ahead of him. After defeating Felix Auger-Aliassime in a five-set war, he faces another tough opponent in the form of a hungry Novak Djokovic.
The Serbian is going through the tournament in a sovereign way, which, until the last match, Nadal could also calmly say. But he is highly motivated. He wants to equal and then surpass Nadal in the number of Grand Slam titles. And where else to start but in Paris, where the Spaniard is at home?
Nadal will have it even harder because he is still plagued by health problems. He even admitted that practically every match could be his last, so he is trying to enjoy tennis while he can.
“To be honest, every match I play here could be the last of my career. That’s the situation. But it’s a special environment and I’ll give it my best. I don’t know what’s going to happen to my career in the near future, so I’m trying to keep living my dream,” The Sun quoted Nadal as saying.
The Spaniard boasts an incredible record at Roland Garros, where he has won thirteen titles. He won 109 matches there and lost only 3. He won his first title in Paris when he was only 19 years old, in 2005.
Nadal, among others, has fought 9 duels with Djokovic at the French Open and the record is clearly in his favour. He won 7 duels and lost only 2. Can he improve his record and take care of the surprises?
