Ducati and Repsol Honda: Two more teams unveil new bikes for the 2022 season. Do you like them?

The new season of Moto GP is fast approaching and most teams have already revealed the new bikes for the 2022 season! In the last few hours, Honda and Ducati have also joined the official unveiling. Do you like their colours?

Gresini Racing, Red Bull KTM Factory Team, Tech 3 KTM, Monster Energy Yamaha Moto GP, Suzuki Ecstar, Pramac Racing and WithU Yamaha RNF – that’s the list of the stables that have already unveiled their new motorcycles, and which, by the way, we’ve already written about recently here.

Now these teams are joined by two more brands – Ducati and Honda. The former unveiled its bike yesterday, February 7, while we only got to see the new Honda today, February 8.

The colours of the two teams are not fundamentally different from the previous year, especially since Honda Repsol is already an established traditional colour.

The rider line-ups of both stables also remain the same. Francesco Bagnaia will once again defend the Ducati colours alongside Jack Miller, while the iconic number 93 (Márquez) and 44 (Pol Espargaro) will not be absent on the new Honda.

The Italian rider in the service of Ducati will undoubtedly fight for the overall triumph. Ducati’s bikes had the best top speed of the entire field in the second half of the season and were the strongest in terms of engine power, although the team didn’t fare too well at the Sepang test.

The world championship is also very likely to be contested by Spaniard Márquez, who returned from injury last season and, especially in the second half of 2021, his performance went up.

However, even Honda’s tests have so far failed to produce downright satisfactory results, with their riders failing to place better than eighth, ninth or tenth.

In any case, Moto GP fans are now only waiting for three teams to unveil their new bikes in the coming days.

The last team will be Valentino Rossi’s newly formed team called the Mooney VR46 Racing Team.
