For the way they treated him, after all he’s done for them, this is the most horrible part of it to me. To f**k him up like that,” Novotny said.

He himself would have preferred the UFC to give Teixeira a fight for the interim champion, which didn’t happen. However, it’s very likely that he will go to fight the winner of the Ankalaev-Blachowicz fight next year.
