Slavia’s performance in the European Conference League was disgraceful! Of the Czech teams, only Slovácko stood out

The 2022/23 season is over for Czech teams in the European Cup. The only satisfied team can be Slovácko, Prague S made a shame. Fans of Slavia and Sparta should reach into their consciences as they mocked Viktoria for their Champions League performances.

At the start of the season, it was believed that the Czech Republic would rack up many points in the coefficient this season. However, Sparta buried that hope in the very bud.

Subsequently, however, Viktoria Plzen qualified for the Champions League and thus scored a good chunk of points, Slovácko and Slavia got into the Europa Conference League and the world was rosy again.

After the group draw, however, it was clear that there would not be so many points. At least not from Plzeň and Slovácko, Slavia’s group was acceptable and their fans were looking forward to going through the group without defeat.

But unfortunately that didn’t happen. Slavia got only 8 points, beating only Ballkani and did not advance. As expected, we won’t see Slovácko and Plzeň in the cups this spring.

The team from Uherské Hradiště showed the best performance of the mentioned teams, but lacked luck and experience. Viktoria, according to many, made a disgrace, but nothing else could be expected in a difficult group.

Unless you count Sparta, Slavia were the most disgraceful. Especially its fans mocked Viktoria for the zero on the score, but on Thursday it is they who can complain.

In a group like this, Slavia simply cannot finish third. Moreover, looking ahead to the league season, the season is not going well at all and it is questionable whether the fans will be satisfied with the performance of their charges at the end of it.

But Prague S fans are certainly not in a position to laugh at anyone right now. With Viktoria, it makes no sense, especially because of the budget with which they managed to win the league and fight their way into the Champions League.
