Incredible blunder! Look how Panak made the pass for the Rangers goal
Sparta travelled to Scotland with a clear objective. They wanted to win and make up for the weekend debacle with Slovácko. But it can’t be said that it succeeded completely. Their defence was again not the most solid. Filip Panák gave the opponent a goal with his mistake.

The expected match between Rangers and Sparta started much better for the Scots. From the opening whistle, they played at a high tempo, fanning especially the left side of David Hancock.
In the 15th minute Alfredo Morelos sent the home side into the lead.
After about half an hour of play, Sparta managed to recover and started to be a balanced opponent. But a bad start of the second act put a damper on the whole thing.
In the 49th minute Rangers took the lead 2:0. It wasn’t a beautifully crafted action. On the contrary. Filip Panák sent the ball straight to Morelos’ head, who completely mishandled the ball under pressure.
Until now, Panák has been one of the more reliable players in the Spartan defence. He has started the season brilliantly and although his performance has declined in the last few games, he could still be relied on more or less.
This mistake, however, could unsettle him. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen.
