Michal Sadílek had a turbulent summer! After a successful engagement at Slovan Liberec, even Sparta Prague was circling around him, but he ended up wearing the jersey of Dutch Twente.
Recently, he and his new team pulled off a stunning feat when Twente lost two points to champions Ajax at home (1-1 draw).
During the national break, he also got some minutes in the national jersey. Against Belarus he played less than half an hour and against Ukraine Jaroslav Šilhavý included him in the starting eleven and let him play the whole match.
but the 22-year-old modern footballer had to quickly switch to study mode. Just a day after Ukraine, he had his final exam. He was as successful in it as he was on the field.
Michal Sadilek’s final thesis dealt with a topic from the football environment, specifically analyzing the influence of crowd behavior on participants of football matches.
Josef Kvasnička, a long-time member of the Czech Television editorial team, commented on the study success of the promising national team player on Twitter. Michal Sadílek arrived in the small village of Březová in the White Carpathians, he successfully passed his high school diploma. The school specializes in distance learning. Michal has never made any secret of his deep affection for his native region.”
