Rangers fans mock Slavia! The English Twitter account of the Sevilla team was flooded with Glen Kamara

The conflict between the Scottish Rangers and Slavia has probably not completely died out yet. After the loss to Ferencváros, fans of the Scottish champion took to the English Twitter account of the Sešiovans and literally flooded it with mocking comments. There were also GIFs (moving pictures) of the allegedly racially abused Glen Kamara.

Why are they laughing? Rangers failed to beat Swedish champions Malmö FF in the Champions League 3rd preliminary round, to whom they lost 1-2 in an away match. However, their chances of qualifying for the Champions League play-offs are a bit higher than those of the Slavs. But Slavia looked better in the field than Ferencváros, let’s see who will have the last laugh in the end.

Manager Steven Gerrard appealed to all fans after the loss that his charges need maximum support in the rematch at Ibrox Stadium. The infernal atmosphere of the Scottish champion will be a really tough nut to crack for the Swedes. But many experts fit Malmö FF as one of the dark horses of this year’s Millionaire’s Cup qualification.

But now to the topic. Prague Slavia played their 3rd preliminary round against Hungarian Ferencváros a day later and, like Rangers, failed. They lost 0:2 in Budapest and thus considerably reduced their chances of qualification. Surprisingly, it was not the fans of Sparta’s biggest rival who were most happy about the failure of the Red and Whites, but the non-judgmental fans of The Gers (Rangers).

There are dozens of similarly derisive comments under the post of the English Slavie website. “Hahaha, racists are in the sh**k,” wrote another fan of the Scottish champion.

“Hasta La Vista, we are all with Glen Kamara,” commented another fan from the British Isles, who does not have much sympathy for Slavia.
