Will the Chelsea striker move to the London rival? Player’s price is an obstacle

Tammy Abraham is not getting as much space under Thomas Tuchel at Chelsea and is looking for a new job. He would like to stay in London and so Arsenal and West Ham United are circling around the striker.
Tammy Abraham played only minimum games last season after the arrival of Thomas Tuchel. Some games he even watched only from the stands.
He managed to score 11 goals in 30 competitive games. But 10 under Lampard and only 1 under Tuchel.
The situation around Abraham is already closely monitored by Arsenal, Chelsea’s biggest rival, but he has not yet sent an official offer. Abraham himself wouldn’t defend the transfer.
“Arsenal are aware of Tammy Abraham’s situation but are not currently at an advanced stage of negotiations for his arrival. Chelsea are aware of Arsenal’s interest but have not received any official offer,” said Fabrizio Romano.
According to speculation, Chelsea are asking £40m for Abraham, but that could be a problem for Arsenal.
“Tammy Abraham is aware of Arsenal’s interest and would not be opposed to a move there this year. However, the Gunners would need to sell some players first,” The Athletic UK website confirmed.
Arsenal are thus trying to sell Alexandre Lacazette, for whom they are asking £15m.
